The Learned APP pointed out that an application for anticipatory bail bearing No.713/2015 has been preferred by the applicant before the trial court and the same is pending for final disposal. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that when the present application was filed, his client did not inform him about the same and therefore, averments in Para 23 have been made. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to prosecute ABA No.713/2015 filed before the trial court. Leave and liberty is granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 2) It is made clear that this court has not examined the merits of this application and it is for the trial court to decide the said anticipatory bail application pending before it, on its own merits and without being influenced by the order passed by this court.
