The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Criminal Writ Petition to approach the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvasa, under Section 156(3), as the inquiry under Section 154(3) has been completed by the Superintendent of Police who has opined that no cognizable offence is made out. The above Criminal Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
