The grievance of the applicant who has sent this application through jail seems to be that in spite of the trial against him having commenced and five witnesses being examined, the same is not further progressing. The said trial pertains to the offence committed in the year 2012.

Having regard to the fact that the trial is in progress, the prayer for bail cannot be Vishal 1/2

8-ba-2712-2014 acceded with. However the application is disposed of with direction to the Court of Session at Palghar seized with Session Case No. 42 of 2012 arising out of C.R. No. 11 of 2013 registered with Boisar police station to commence and complete the said trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event by the end of June, 2015.

Inform for sending the progress report in the said case by the end of February, 2015.

Registry to send copy of the order to the accused in custody.

The learned advocate for the applicant is entitled for the fees as per the rules.
