The only grievance of the applicant who has sent this application through jail seems to be that in spite of commencement of the trial, the same is not concluded as he was not produced before the Court on the dates.

Having regard to it and the fact that the trial having commenced and since it is settled position that every Session Case is required to be proceeded on day to day basis as far as possible. The Sessions Court seized with the Session Case No.171 of 2014 is hereby directed to complete the said trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event by the end of June, 2015 saving just exception. The learned Session Judge may give proper direction for securing the presence of the applicant for the purpose of trial.

Registry to send copy of the order to the accused in custody.

The learned advocate for the applicant is entitled for the fees as per the rules.
