Heard learned counsel for the Applicant on the Civil Application No. 2894 of 2017 seeking condonation of delay in filing the Civil Application for restoration of Writ Petition which suffered dismissal for non removal of office objections within time. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non removal of office objections within time. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application and condone the delay in filing the Civil Application. 3.
