He however prays that the application made by the Appellant for regularization of the suit structure be considered and decided by the Municipal Corporation in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The regularization application filed by the Appellant shall be decided by the Municipal Corporation within a period of four weeks from katkam 1/2
