Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner challenges the order dated 23.8.2012 passed by Secretary, Slum Rehabilitation Authority.

Advocate for the respondent raised preliminary objection that SRA scheme is already completed before 10 years. He further submits that efficacious alternate remedy is available to the petitioner to challenge the said order before high power committee.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted Mohite 1/2

26 wp711-13.doc to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate appeal before high power committee to challenge the impugned order dated 23.8.2012. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.
