By an order passed today in Civil Application No.4313 of 2015 the above Civil Application St No.34049 of 2014 has been restored to file. The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above First Appeal which has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of non filing of the private paper book. The reasons why the paper book has not been filed have been mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the above First Appeal is restored to file. The Applicant / Appellant to file private paper book within 12 weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
