This is an application seeking discharge in Sessions Case No. 50 of 2018 pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad, Panvel. It is pertinent to note that on 8th March, 2019, charge was framed against the accused for an offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of this, it can simply be said that the trial has commenced. Hence, there is no occasion for discharge. Hence, the Revision Application being sans merits stands dismissed.
