Heard the learned counsel Mr.Rishi Bhuta for the Petitioners and the learned Additional P. P. Mr. Pednekar for the State. It is not necessary to hear Respondent No.2 as the matter pertains to bail order. The issue in such cases is always between the Court and the Petitioners. Hence, I am not inclined to issue notice to Respondent No.2. I am inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition in following terms. (I) The order dated 15th November 2013 in Case No.1181/SS/2013 rejecting the prayer of the Applicants for grant of cash bail is hereby set aside. Instead, I pass the following order:- Aswale 1/2

4443.13.wp (I) The Applicants be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or they shall deposit cash amount of Rs.10,000/- in lieu of surety.

(II) It is made clear that the option of cash deposit is not for limited period and it shall continue till the conclusion of trial. (III) The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
