The learned Additional Public Prosecutor draws our attention to the letter dated 25/07/2016 addressed by the Senior Inspector of Police, Sahar Police Station, Mumbai to the Court of the learned Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri, Mumbai. It is stated in the said letter that a B-Summary report is being submitted. Hence the said letter indicates that the police have filed a B-Summary report in so far as the said case is concerned. In view thereof, the above Criminal Writ Petition which has been filed for seeking quashing of the FIR, does not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of as infructuous.
