The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking directions against Respondent Nos.1 to 4/ Municipal Corporation to forthwith demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction of building consisting of ground plus four floors carried out by Respondent No.5 on the land bearing Survey No.98, Hissa No. 17/1, Municipal House No. 1177/1, Nagaon-2, Sana Manzil, Gaibi Nagar, Bhiwandi, Dist:- Thane.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation assures the Court that the proceedings have already been commenced and that they shall take necessary action within a period of four weeks from today by following due process of law. The statement is accepted. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
