By the order dated 26th February, 2015, the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raigad in M.A.C.P. No. 375 of 2011 has granted compensation of Rs.9,80,000/- along with interest @ 7.5%.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are wife and four children of the deceased. 5.
Till today, only NFL of Rs.50,000/- is withdrawn. The wife and children of the deceased are allowed to withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- each on an usual undertaking. The remaining amount is to be deposited in the fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.
