This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1600 of 2022 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 28th July 2023.

Learned Advocate for Applicants submits that, notice of restoration has been given to respondent. The Applicants would file affidavit in that regard. The petition was disposed off for want of prosecution by recording that the learned Advocate representing petitioners was not getting instructions from the petitioners.

For reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, Dnyaneshwar Ethape, P.A.

ORDER

(i) Interim Application No. 4525 of 2023 is allowed. (ii) Criminal Writ Petition No. 1600 of 2022 is restored with interim relief granted earlier.

(iii) Application stands disposed off.
