By this application, the applicant seeks permission to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.8727 of 2017, as per the schedule annexed herewith, for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.10 on record.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
