The matter is placed on board at the instance of the Applicant. It is submitted that the Misc. Civil Application, which sought transfer of the marriage petition for restitution of conjugal right, was allowed by this Court and the marriage petition was transferred from the Family Court at Solapur to the Family Court at Alibaug, District Raigad. It is submitted that there is no Family Court at Alibaug and the charge is with the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug. Accordingly, the marriage petition shall be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug, District Raigad.
