Heard. This Application is for restoration of the First Appeal as well as Civil Application which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 18/09/2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) for non removal of the office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 3 to 5 of the Civil Application and as the Applicant is ready and willing to remove office objections within 4 weeks from today, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Order dated 18/09/2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. b.

First Appeal No.7567/2014 with Civil Application (ST) No.7572/2014 is restored to file for hearing on merits.

c.

The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
