Considered the allegations made in FIR. Husband and wife claimed that they have settled the dispute. The offence alleged is in relation to child and sections 3, 4, 5 (l) (m) (n), 6, 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are invoked by the State. 2.

In this situation, interest of justice as also the child demands that the matter is properly looked into. We are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. The petition is rejected. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
