At the outset the learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of the present Crime Police have submitted charge-sheet on 7th December 2017 in the Court of learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as C.C. No.3100/PW/2017.

In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge before the Trial Court as contemplated under provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.
