The Writ Petition is entirely without substance. Once again, we were asked to intervene urgently on the basis that some illicit action was being taken. It was not pointed out to us at the time of ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL mentioning that the structure in question is an illicit construction on a parking space.

In any event, between the Petitioner and the 2nd Respondent developer there is a binding previous order. Prayer clause (a) of the Petition is not directed against the public authority but against the private entity the 2nd Respondent.
