The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has tendered on record a copy of the consent terms dated 3rd February, 2016 filed in a suit pending in the Small Causes Court to which the first Petitioner and the first Respondent are the parties. In view of the settlement, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. She seeks permission to withdraw a sum of Rs.50 Lakhs deposited in this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent states that in

wp-11850.13.doc view of the settlement, the first Respondent has no objection if the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon is paid over to the Petitioners.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It will be open for the Petitioners to withdraw a sum of Rs.50 Lakhs deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon.
