This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.1339 of 2022.

Criminal Application No.1339 of 2022 has been dismissed in view of conditional order dated 30th August 2023. Time was granted to place on record the copy of charge-sheet and carry out appropriate amendment. It was directed that in the event necessary amendments are not carried out within the stipulated period, the Petition would stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, Criminal Application No.1339 of 2022 can be restored.
