Heard Mr. Patil, learned Counsel for petitioner and Mr. Gorwadkar, learned Senior Counsel for respondents at length. 2.

The matter was heard on 14.12.2016 and 15.12.2016. In the order dated 15.12.2016, it was recorded that Mr. Gorwadkar tendered photocopy of the order dated 14.12.2016 passed by the learned trial Judge permitting petitioner-Corporation to publish the list of voters. It was further recorded that matter was kept on 19.12.2016 for deciding the issue of jurisdiction.

Mr. Gorwadkar has tendered photocopy of the order dated 19.12.2016 passed by the learned trial Judge, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By that order, the learned trial Judge has dismissed the Suit on the ground for want of jurisdiction. 4.

As the Suit itself is dismissed by the learned trial Judge, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous. Order accordingly.
