The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 229 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the Applicants did not have the financial wherewithal to file the Appeal and it is only after making arrangements that the steps could be taken to file the Appeal. The reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay of 229 days in filing the above First Appeal.
