Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation is now available and he has taken up the Revision Application for hearing as also interim orders are passed. In view of this subsequent development, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister.
