The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.272 of 2016 registered on 19th July, 2016 with Nirmal Nagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506(II) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the applicant while trying to make out the case for grant of bail invited attention of this court to the material which is part of the charge-sheet so as to submit that the second injuries is not narrated by the complainant in his statement. The other submissions are even if the statement is taken into account, the probability of the happening of the

Dusane 2/2 ba2531.2016 incident in question is required to be appreciated. He would then harp upon the issue earlier enumerated and submits that the other brothers were also present, naming of present applicant is with an intention to falsely implicate him. Perused the papers.

There is sufficient material on record to infer prima facie involvement of the applicant and particularly the statement of the eye witnesses. No case is made out for grant of bail. Hence, the application is rejected.
