Mr. Ojas Deolankar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner tenders affidavit dated 21st December 2023 of Mr. Zubair Rashid Khan on behalf of Petitioner No.1- Trust. The said Mr. Zubair Khan is personally present in the Court. 2.
Mr. Ojas Deolankar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner on the basis of said affidavit dated 21st December 2023 as also on the basis of the instructions of Mr. Zubair Khan, the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner is withdrawing the application bearing Exhibit 7 filed in respective Revisions. As Application bearing Exhibit 7 filed in the respective Revisions are withdrawn, the impugned orders passed below Exhibit 7 dated 24th August 2023 in respective Revisions passed by learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune are quashed and set aside. 3.
The Petitioner is at liberty to raise the contentions, which are raised in Exhibit 7 Application at the hearing of the Revision Application.

Accordingly, as said Exhibit 7 Application itself is withdrawn and in view of the same, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside, nothing remains to be examined in the Writ Petitions. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of subject to above.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all contentions of all the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
