Learned A.P.P has tendered a copy of the order dated 28th March, 2018 passed by the Apex Court in Criminal Application No. 629 of 2016 filed by the applicant. The said order is taken on record. It appears that the applicant has been enlarged on bail by the Apex Court on terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 2.

The medical report of the applicant has also been produced pursuant to the order dated 3rd April, 2018. It appears that the applicant has tested negative for tuberculosis. The said medical report is also taken on record.

In view of the order of the Apex Court, enlarging the applicant on bail, nothing survives for consideration in the application. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
