By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the appeal from order and also the civil application which are dismissed for default on 4th December, 2015.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Appeal from Order (Stamp) No.28288 of 2015 and Civil Application (Stamp) No.28288 of 2015 are restored to file. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the office translation of Marathi documents shall be provided as and when required.
