Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Vikas Suryawanshi, Assistant Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Unit-I, Thane submitted that, investigation of the present crime i.e. C. R. No. 482 of 2019 registered with Kalwa Police Station, Thane City has been transferred to him in pursuance of Order dated 27th February, 2023 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crimes), Thane City. She has produced on record a photocopy of the communication dated 2nd March, 2023 addressed to her by Mr. Vikas Suryawanshi.

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner in the present Petition has been worked out.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
