Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties have arrived at an agreed terms which are reflected in the Minutes of Order and Undertaking. They tender the Minutes of Order along with Undertaking dated 15 December 2016, which are signed by Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and their Advocates and the learned Advocate for Respondent
WP.13831-2016 No.1. There is no issue with regard to their signatures and its auhorization. The Minutes of Order along and Undertaking both dated 15 December 2016 are taken on record and marked "X" and "Y" respectively for identification.
In view of the above and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition based on the Minutes of Order and Undertaking.
