Heard Ms.Gauri Jadhav, learned Counsel for the applicant. This is an application for bringing on record respondents No.7(a) to 7(c), being L.Rs of respondent No.7, since deceased. By order dated 22.7.2016, Rule was issued. Office remark shows that as per the bailiff's report service on respondents No.7(a) to 7(c) are served.

Ms. Jadhav states that as of today, no appearance is entered on behalf of respondents No.7(a) to 7(c). In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a1), (a2) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be
