Interim Application has been moved seeking Diwali access of the minor child. It is not necessary for this Court to go into merits of the application, in view of the fair stand adopted by Respondent No.2-Wife that she is willing and voluntarily agreeable to give access of the child for the period from 14/11/2023 to 18/11/2023.

The Applicant is directed to pick up the child from the residence of Respondent No.2 on 14/11/2023 at 11.00 a.m. and drop the 1/2

rsk 917-IA-17031-23.doc child on 18/11/2023 at 7.30 p.m. at the Respondent No.2's house. It is made clear that there should be no restrictions on Respondent No.2's video call to the minor child during this period from 14/11/2023 to 18/11/2023. 3.

Before parting, it must be noted that a very fair stand has been adopted by the Respondent-wife which is usually missing in these cases. 4.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
