The Interim Application is filed by claimant seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in

14-FA-877-2022.doc pursuance of order dated 06th June, 2022.

It appears that in an accident which took place on 15th April 2013, applicant sustained 25% permanent disability. Considering the age of the applicant and dependent family members. The applicant is entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.3,30,825/- (Rupees Three Lakh Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Five Only) along with interest accrued if any, subject to filing of undertaking within Six (6) weeks from today, that in case if, the appeal is decided against the applicant then he will reimburse the amount along with interest at prevalent bank rate. 3.
