This is an application for setting aside the order dated 04.06.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) for refusing the registration of the Writ Petition for want of removal of office objections. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the application deserves to be condoned and further, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the Civil Application deserves to be allowed. The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 04.06.2018 is set aside.
