By the present Writ Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 27th September 2023 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies (East & West Suburbs), SRA, Mumbai. However, the same order is also challenged by fling the Appeal

40-WP-13807-2023.doc before the Divisional Joint Registrar, and the said Appeal was closed for order on 26th October 2023.

Therefore, no interference by this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is warranted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
