P.C. :- This is an Application sent by the Applicant from Jail in the pending Criminal Appeal praying for his temporary release of 15 days from 28.11.20013 to 3.12.2013 in order to enable him to attend the last rites to be performed in respect of the death of his aunt. It further appears that this application was received in the Registry on 3rd December 2013. Since the period for which the release on bail is sought is over, we dismiss this Application as infructuous.

The Applicant may resort to the alternate remedies available to the Applicant i.e. of filing an Application seeking his release on parole.
