The original petitioners have taken out this civil application for restoration, as the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15th November, 2016. Considering the averments made para 12, 13 14 of the application, we are of the view that sufficient case is made out. Therefore, in the interest of justice civil 1 / 2

CAW. 1707-17 application is allowed, and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs, and writ petition is restored to file.
