This application was originally filed by the petitioner who was appearing in person. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that she is now instructed by the applicant to appear in the matter. She states that she will file Vakalatnama within one week. The application is filed by the applicant for restoration of aforesaid writ petition, which was dismissed vide order dated 12th October 2023. When the petition was dismissed, only learned AGP was appearing on behalf of the State and it appears that the private Page no. 1 of 2

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The order dated 12th October 2023, is recalled and writ petition is restored.
