The civil application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 136 days in filing the second appeal. Perused the civil application and the reply filed.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The reasons stated in these paragraphs cannot be said to be imaginary and they constitute sufficient cause for condoning the delay which is of short duration. In the circumstances, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
Place the appeal on board as per its C.M.I.S. date, after all office objections are removed.
