Heard learned Advocate for the Respondent-accused and Appellant in-person.

This Court has issued bailable warrant of Rs. 10,000/- against the Respondent No. 1 on the new address, as per Order dated 28/11/2022.

Later on, on these Interim Applications, this Court has stayed the warrant as per Order dated 06/12/2022. After hearing both the sides, this Court is inclined to cancel the bailable warrant subject to payment a cost of Rs. 1,000/- in every matters to the Appellant. Cost be paid within a period of two weeks. Accordingly, all interim applications are disposed of.

The Appellant undertakes to supply copy of the appeal memo and documents to the learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 1.

Considering the fact that compilation is bulky, they have mutually agreed that the Appellant will supply compilation only in one appeal.

All appeals be kept on 19 th January, 2023 under the 2/3

caption for 'Direction'. On that date, the Court will fix all these appeals for final hearing.
