Same is allowed. The Appeal from Order stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of the Appeal from Order, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same stands dismissed as infructuous.

The Appellant to move the Trial Court for withdrawal of the suit, within one week from today.
