C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, prior to passing of the interim Order dated 13th January, 2018 by this Court, the charge-sheet is already filed in the present case on 26th June, 2017 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.9), Shivaji Nagar, Pune. 2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both parties are kept open.
