P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from P.S.I. Mr. Ashok Gunjal, attached to Waliv Police Station, District Palghar submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the investigating agency has reached to the conclusion that, "B-Summary Report" needs to be file. Accordingly, the record of investigation was forwarded to the higher Authority which has approved for filing of the said report. That, the said Summary Report will be filed in the Court of competent jurisdiction within the period of two weeks from today. The said statement is accepted. 2) In view of the above, present Petition does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
