1] The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to demolish unauthorised construction of a building construction on Municipal House No.112 situated at Bhivandi. 2] Learned Counsel for the Corporation makes a categorical statement that entire unauthorised construction has been

YBG 908-as-wp-11953-13 demolished. Learned Counsel for he petitioner does not dispute the same.

3] In that view of the matter, we find that the purpose of petition stands resolved. The petition is, therefore, disposed of as having served its purpose.
