We have seen the Report submitted by the Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, based on the full Report submitted by a Social Worker, as was directed by this Court on 5.1.2023. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that if so ordered, father of the Applicant shall furnish cash bail of

Chitra Sonawane.

35-IA-4177-2022.doc Rs.15,000/- and same will be substituted within 3 months with that of surety in the like amount.

In view of the above, it is directed that for a period of 3 months, the Applicant be released on furnishing cash bail of Rs.15,000/-. Let the amount of cash be deposited with the Jailor, Nashik Road Central Prison, with an Undertaking that father of the Applicant or the Applicant himself, shall furnish the sureties as directed.

Application is disposed of in above terms.

It is made clear that once the sureties are furnished as was directed, the Applicant/his father will be entitled to withdraw the amount of cash, which if so deposited by him, for ensuring release of the Applicant.
