This is an application for temporary bail filed by the applicant on the ground of marriage of his daughter.

Heard Ms. Saili Dhuru, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Prashant Jadhav, learned APP for the State.

Mr. Prashant Jadhav, learned APP submits that the applicant has also filed an application for temporary bail which is due for hearing before the Division Bench of this Court. Ms. Saili, learned counsel for the applicant has not disclosed this fact to this Court. When this fact was brought to her notice, she sought leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted.
