This is an application for permission to travel abroad. The Applicant was convicted and sentenced by Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai vide his Judgment and order dated 30/04/2019 passed in Sessions Case No.814 of 2014. The Applicant along with others was convicted U/s. 147, 149, 427 and 353 of I.P.C She was also convicted U/s.153 of the I.P.C. The major punishment imposed was R.I. of 1 year. Against that order the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal No.932 of 2019; which is admitted. The applicant was granted bail pending her appeal vide Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

order dated 24/07/2019. Now this application is for permission to travel abroad. Vide order dated 22/11/2022, permission was granted to the Respondent No.2 to consider the applicant' s application for renewal/re-issuance of her Passport for three years. In the present application, the applicant has stated that, she wants to travel to Doha, Qatar for a period of three days from 09/12/2022 to 11/12/2022 for the purpose of attending Quarter Final of FIFA 2022.

Learned Senior counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant does not have criminal antecedents. She has given itinerary of her travel and other details in the application. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 does not have objection for grant of relief in this application. 4.

Considering this situation and the previous order granting permission for renewal of her Passport, this application can be allowed.

i)The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a) That this Hon'

ble Court may be pleased to grant permission to the Applicant to travel to Doha, Qatar for a limited period of 3 days from 9th December, 2022 till 11th December, 2022 for the purpose of attending the Quarter Final of FIFA 2022."
