Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 23/09/2014, the Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division, Pune - 1 has considered the petitioner's claim and having regard to the fact that the petitioner had passed M.A. in Geography has restored the approval which was withdrawn and which was under challenge.
