The above Writ Petition No.40 of 2014 is shown for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 07.10.2015. In paragraph 1 on page 2 in 4th line from bottom, after the word "position" and before the word "The" the following to be interpolated :- "The newly added Defendant i.e. Respondent No.14 herein is directed to file Written Statement within eight weeks from date."
